It is with incredible sadness that we share the news that our dear colleague and friend, Andy, passed away this week.

Andy was more than just a part of our team — he was a mentor, a leader, and a true friend to so many of us. His warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support shaped not only our work but also the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed.
